Abstract

Rafaqat Hayat is one of the representative novelists of the new generation.Picking up a pen on daring topics and doing justice is always no less than a challenge for a writer.In this novel,he has made sexual discomfort his basic theme. We have tried to delve deep into the characters and examine their psychological conflictions. Discomfort is one of the major problems in our society which ultimately leads to tragedy.In this article we have tried to explore the issues that cause tragedy and unhappiness.The psychological conflict of all the main characters is analyzed in detail in this article.This is the first novel in the world of Urdu literature is which this subject has been written boldly.The novelist skillfully did not let his studies get in the way of the art of novel.The novelist has worked hard on the three malevolent characters and has made the readers aware of their sexual suffocation.This novel is first step taken on this complex subject.
