Abstract

The novel "Khuda ki Basti" by Shoukat Siddiqui is an importatnt
representative novel of Urdu litirature and it is translated into twenty six languages of
the world. Our National tv channel PTV prepared two Long breadon plays upon this
novel and telecasted many times and these were appriciated by the people. The
characters of this novel are matchless due to their idealistic behaviour. The theme of
this novel is exploitation.
