Abstract
Fundamental Rights are essential human rights that are offered to every citizen irrespective of caste, race, and creed, place of birth, religion or gender. Urdu short stories writers have written many short stories on basic human rights since the beginning of Urdu short stories. While many other people do not get fundamental rights, migrants also face the same problem. Mighrants have to sacrifice their land, property and lives of their beloved ones during migration. The Urdu short story writers who protested against the violation of the fundamental rights of migrants with their pen are covered in this paper.
