Culture is a broad and multy meaning term. Traditions, performing art,
religion as well as technical and social deciplines are its various areas. The culture
becomes the overall manifestation of a particular region and it also plays its role in
its contouring. Primarily national culture is considered as an asset of national
integrity and harmony. This article identifies the elements that comprise national
culture and its findings are that literature and national culture are part and partial.
The promotion of national culture without literature as well as the promotion of
literature without culture is not possible.
