Abstract
Allama Muhammad Iqbal's poetry and philosophy both have the traces of the vision which has the capacity of changing the slave oriented psyche of the common people of the third world countries. His revolutionary thought provoking message brought fallen humanity to its feet. His expressive poetry on the one hand tells the story of the decline of humanity and on the other gives the national and international readers the message of human way of life. This article points out Allama Muhammad Iqbal's consistent poetic and philosophical reflections influenced several Eastern nations hankering after rights of self-determination and freedom of thought.
