Sir Syed Ahmad Khan's era has importance in lives of Muslims of Subcontinent.Sir syed played a key role in all fields of lives of muslims.He with his companions Moulana Hali,Molana shibli,Muhammad Husain azad and Molvi Nazeer Ahmad also enriched the Urdu Literature.They played effective role to promote Urdu research.The aim of this article is to highlight the efforts of Shibli Noumani in the field of research.The other purpose of this article is to highlight the research methodology used by Shibli Noumani.
