As a critic of life, he not only creates super humans but also seems to explain his typical point of view about man, life, society and different aspects of art with full faith while expressing his critical sense in his non-fiction writings. From this aspect his critical writings are no less important than his fiction writings. Although Manto's prime importance is of a fiction writer, but by the way his critical intellect has evolved in his criticism that has bestowed him the status of a critic. Furthermore, his style is adorned with creative criticism that attracts us towards it.
