Mustansar Hussain Tarrar is a renowned Urdu travelogue writer,

novelist and columnist. He has introduced Northern Pakistan in rest of

the country by writing many travelogues about these areas. This article

depicts presentation of different aspects of local culture of Northern

Pakistan like consuetude, social behaviour, ethics, social values, beliefs,

living style, traditions, architecture, clothing, food, occupations,
