Abstract

People's understanding of what constitutes anti-social behavior is determined by a series of factors including context, location, community tolerance and quality of life expectations. As a result, what may be considered anti-social behavior to one person can be seen as acceptable behavior to another. The subjective nature of the concept makes it difficult to identify a single definition of anti-social behavior. To overcome this issue, an approach to defining and analyzing anti-social behavior is set out through Urdu short story. The Urdu short story writers accepted truth regarding anti-social behavior is that spiritual, religious and social guidance carries an undoubtedly strong influence.
