Abstract

This article presents the social & psychological analysis of a character "Aayli" from the famous novel of "Ali Pur ka Aayli" by Mumtaz Mufti. The article reveals the fact that where the Intense interaction between a man & his evironment often results in self-destruction, at the same time those who have optimistic sense are able to turn such negative circumstances into positive one ultimately a new positive self emerges out and Aayli is the name of such character.
