Abstract

Allama Iqbal's poetry is marked by a combination of intellectual depth and aesthetic beauty. The narratives included in his first poetic collection, Bang-e-Dra, not only captivate the literary reader but also shed profound light on moral, social, and philosophical themes. The aim of this paper is to conduct an analytical study of the narratives in Bang-e-Dra to highlight Iqbal's intellectual insight, reformative message, and creative style. This study will examine how Allama Iqbal employed the narrative style to express his thoughts and to what extent these narratives have influenced Urdu literature and cultural consciousness. The research will explore the literary, educational, and philosophical dimensions of Iqbal's narratives, in which he presented important principles of life in an engaging manner for both children and adults. The paper will also shed light on how Iqbal's narratives reflect human nature, social attitudes, and moral values, and their relevance in the contemporary era.
