Abstract

Premchand (July 31, 1880 October 8, 1936) commands a unique prestige in Urdu literature for his contribution as short story writers he provided a strong foundation to the genre in its infancy, in Urdu. This article focused on analyses of the technique of monologue as premchand has introduced and used in Urdu short story.
