Abstract

By the beginning of the twentieth century, the British Colonial system had become so strong that the power of the British government had not sunk. In this scenario, a philosophical Poet Iqbal was born in the Indian subcontinent. He foresaw how dangerous and deadly the effects of the colonial system could be. Allama Iqbal had a deep political awareness and understanding of the political issues of his time. He was of the view that a nation that had long been colonized and the people of the subcontinent had fallen apart in the cultural, intellectual, political and social contexts. The dominant Islamic civilization and culture was theirs. For them, Islamic civilization is the permanent and true capital of the Muslim, because the Islamic Civilization and culture depend on more spiritual values than materialism.The torture of the Colonial System was so ingrained in the mind that it had accept slavery mentally, inside them were signs of heartlessness and frustration. Allama Iqbal, with his insights, realized that the colonial system had a profound impact on the psycho of the Muslims in the subcontinent and especially in India
