Abstract

Dr. Anees Nagi (1939-2010) is a celebrated researcher, critic, fiction writer,poet, translater and colomn writer. He was a well-read and knowledgable person. His vast study of the modern French philosophical writers, poets and critics like Jean Paul Sartre, Albert Camus, Arthur Rimbaud, John Perse gave a philosophical vision to his writings. He was genuinely  considered as a modernistic writer and his fiction and poetry reflects most of the modern theories, ideas and approaches.This article is an
attempt  to study the feminist approach in Anees Nagi's fiction.
