Abstract

Dr Anis Nagi is one of the giant literary figure of modern Urdu Literature in contemporary age. His contributions in the fields of modern Urdu Nove, Movement of New Poetry and translations of world literature are remarkable. In this article the element of existentialism in his novel ''Deewar ke Peechy" has been discussed.
