Abstract

Globalization is a constitutive reality .Like every social organization/ creation, this phenomenon is also achieving the objectives of its propagators very successfully. Globalization is a universal norm whose interpretation or denouement is being done on two extremes .A group of intellectual's views globalization useful in all aspects of life. Whereas the other group finds ills/weaknesses of the phenomenon at every inch. As student of language & literature if we  look into the journey from liberal economy to new liberal economy and their impact on social, economic & cultural aspects of society the arguments of the latter group are deemed quite convincing. But if we look into modern technological advancements, the views of the former group appear to be more attractive. In this article two novels "PokeMan ki Duniya"(India) and "Zeno"(Pakistan) have been singled out to investigate the impact of Globalization on social, economic, cultural and political aspects on the society.
